A Home for Acrylic Stamps

I don't know about you all, but I've gathered quite the colletcion of acrylic stamps and I LOVE THEM. I've been keeping them stored in a drawer in their packages, but wanted a more organized method of housing them.

I found and bought these super cute binders and Walmart for just a few bucks. Then, mimicing the Technique Tuesday page holder for their stamps, transfered all my stamps on to blank transparencies. Oh, and to make it a bit easier to find, I stamped the transparency sheets w/ the stamp to give them a "home" and created sections for alpahbets, flowers, whimysies and the like.

Now quickling finding my stamps is a breeze and I'm all packed for my next crop!

Expanding Horizons

The past two years have opened my scrapbooking eyes to a whole new world. It started with my first trip to the local Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Convention. The classes taught me how to use some of the cool things I had purchased, the vendor faire introduced me to millions of new products and the people I met inspired me to go home a create myself.

More recently, the website Big Picture Scrapbooking by Stacy Julian and team has introduced me to new techniques in the comfort of my own home. I HIGHLY recommend Stacy's book The Big Picture (a gift I buy for ANY friend who shows even the most remote of interests in scrapbooking) and the Library of Memories class she offers at the beginning of each year. It will totally liberate, refresh & inspire the way you scrap. :)

I hope to share with you hear some of my creations in addition to sharing thoughts and ideas for scrapping. Thanks for coming along!
